Where are you located?

Jazzorizedesigns is located in the DFW area (DALLAS-FORT WORTH). 

What are your business hours?

As of now We do not have a policy on business hours. We can usually get to your questions quickly and efficiently. Please note we are human and if you do not receive a response within a 24 hour timeframe, please message again respectfully. When Jazzorizedesigns is closed a message will be placed on the announcement bar on the website and on the Social media business pages.

Sundays are typically used for rest days .If No response is given it will be due to this reason.

How long does an order take to ship?

Jazzorizedesigns tries to get every order out as quickly as possible. Some orders might take under 24hours and others can take up to a week. We will always give updates on the status of your order. Weeks varies on workloads.

When when I receive my retractable banner?

The time frame of designs are 24-48 hours or less. Printing and shipping takes up to 3 business days . Will receive in under a week.

Recommended size with quicker timeframe is 33.5” x 80”retractable banner. ** This takes 3 days and under.
The custom size For retractable banner (23.5” by 80”) will take up to 2 weeks. Smaller banner.If you are located in the DFW area you can have it shipped or local pick up/delivery. 

When when I receive my backdrop?

The time frame of designs are 24-48 hours or less. Printing and shipping takes up to 3 business days . Will receive in under a week. If you are located in the DFW area you can have it shipped for 1 day delivery or local pick up/delivery with a fee. 

What happens if the carrier lost my package?

Please make sure to pay attention to delivery dates. Jazzorizedesigns is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Damaged packages are seen on a case by case basis. 

Will I get a refund for my order?

NO, due to the nature of custom products. No refunds are given. We will work with you if you are unhappy with the product. 

Do you have any payment plans?

Yessss! Jazzorizedesigns has finally implemented a payment plan through Klarks and shop pay. We want to make sure you get those Businesses started.

I do not see what I want on your website but I want to know if you can do it?

There are plenty of services that Jazzorizedesigns offers that are not on the website. We are here to fit the customer needs and service you in anyway possible. Please email us or messenger us with your custom idea and we will let you know if we can make it happen. Jazzorizeco@gmail.com
